Dr Anne Marie Neill is absolutely amazing and would highly recommend seeing her as I was very apprehensive prior to coming to her clinic but straight away she put me at ease with her fluent descriptive terminology in diagnosing me with Lichen sclerosus as I kept itching the external area down there even my husband would wake me up during the night checking I was ok. After 2 years of stressing I finally decided to make an appointment to find out the verdict as had researched what I thought it could be as I knew it wasn't sexual or thrush as I am a very hygienic lady and very cautious too. Dr Anne Marie Neill was very soft spoken and calming to listen to. She listened to what I had to say and viewed the area and explained it was nothing sexual or thrush it was simply Linchen sclerosus which is a common skin condition due to your immune system the body's defence against infection damaging your skin. She kindly prescribed me strong creams which would help cure it over time and informed me of after care advice which was so interesting and very helpful. She was very sincere and understanding and said stress can add to it. I want all those people out there who may be not meaning to but itching to not be afraid and call Dr Anne Marie Neill for an appointment at West Suffolk, Addenbrookes hospital or Lime tree clinic as this could help save your life as if not treated over a long period of time could lead to Cancer of the skin. I think Dr Anne Marie Neill is such a lovely lady with expertise advice and througher detailed knowledge regarding gynecology and would highly recommend her as she is very kind hearted and helpful. She gave me this confidence and assurance that I have nothing to worry about and feel safe and happy in her care. Many thanks to Dr Marie Neill :D

I would thoroughly recommend Dr Neill. I was a bit apprehensive about going to limetree clinic because I was worried that it would be an awkward/uncomfortable experience, but my experience with Dr Neill was very positive. I found her to be friendly and non-judgemental, and my visit was so much better than I thought it would be.

I cannot explain how amazing this lady is. A doctor who not only listens, she really cares and shows how much she wants to help. FULL of great advice, chatty, polite conversation; as well as feeling really trust worthy. She makes you feel completely at ease, at some of people’s most feared moments. I am petrified of needles and have bad anxiety when it comes to my health and she handled this expertly. I felt like I could openly talk about all of my heath queries, questions and worries without being judged at all. I would definitely see this doctor again- I would request her if I could! 5* doctor, a true credit to our NHS.

Dr Neill is one fine doctor. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and to the point. First of all she listens - I wish other health care professionals would realise that the patient's history makes up at least for 50% of the diagnosis. Then she filters that history through her immense knowledge and skills and comes up with a diagnostic/ therapeutic plan. And she does all of this with empathy. My hat off to her. I would not hesitate to see her again and I would highly recommend her.

I have had several negative experiences within the NHS recently, but my appointment with Dr Neill reminded me what care should be. She was patient, she listened to me without judgement, I wasn’t rushed and I didn’t feel secondary to getting information on the computer (something which I find wastes a lot of time during appointments). I was examined, diagnosed and given advice during the appointment. I was saddened to hear that Dr Neill’s sessions at the Lime Tree are being reduced because of funding. She is an asset to the clinic and I’m sure has helped hundreds of patients to feel unashamed and less alone. I for one am extremely upset to learn that a good Doctor is being lost from a wonderful service.
